INTRO TO BOARD MEMBER SUPPORT

The team is organized into several different areas.  For the 2026 season, board member positions have been filled.  The board members do need additional help from parents of student-athletes to ensure all team activities can be planned and executed throughout the year.

 Various positions require 2-15, 15-40 or more than 40 hours of commitment. 

Help student-athletes with registration details, organizing race day details, such as call ups and coaching assignments, volunteer recruitment.

Email team calendar and email group distribution lists.  Manage logistics for the team's trailer for race day equipment. 

Organizing, ordering and delivering team clothing/kit orders.  Coordinating hotel blocks for out of town races.  Coordinating race day snacks, music and trash can availability.

Assist in the planning of the banquet, and end of year hot cocoa bar.

Manage annual fee collection, collect and pay invoices.  Administer requirements to maintain non-profit status.  Support annual budgets and reporting.

Coach reimbursements, and assisting in the management of online payment accounts.
